Dr. Michelle Foxworth’s journey began with a military family on the coast of North Carolina. Driven by a passion for education, Michelle pursued her academic endeavors with determination and graduated with distinction, earning both a Master in the Art of Teaching and a Master in Educational Leadership through the Louisiana College TEACH program. This dual qualification equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of pedagogy and the skills required to lead and inspire in the field of education.

Building upon her academic foundation, Michelle’s commitment to educational excellence led her to pursue a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, in the Exceptional Learners cohort at the University of Lousiana at Lafayette. This advanced degree signifies not only her dedication to continuous learning but also her specific focus on addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by diverse learners.
Dr. Foxworth takes great pride in her personal life. Celebrating 31 years of marriage, she and her husband, Robin, have built a strong and enduring bond that serves as a foundation for their shared journey through life. Michelle is not only a dedicated professional but also a nurturing and loving parent to four adult children. The experience of raising a family has undoubtedly shaped her perspective, instilling in her a profound understanding of the importance of support, communication, and resilience in both personal and professional spheres.
