We welcome commuter students to the campus of Louisiana Christian University. Commuter students of all ages are strongly encouraged to get involved in activities on campus. You will find the Student Support office personnel located on the third floor of Granberry to be available to assist you in your transition on campus.
There are several services that may make your stay on campus more comfortable.
Commuter Meal Plan
A commuter may purchase a meal plan from the Business office which can be used at both The Den and Hattie B. Strother Cafeteria. The plan is sold in $100, $200, $300 increments with additional increments available during the semester. The bar code on the commuter's student ID is scanned at the time of meal purchase. Campus Lockers
A limited number of lockers are available in the Student Center on the second floor. They are excellent for storing books and personal items between classes. There is no charge to use the lockers.
Vehicle Registration and Parking
All motorized vehicles operated on the Louisiana Christian University campus must be registered with Campus Security. All parking passes are free and may be obtained at the time of registration. Commuters have several parking areas designated for their use. Two commuter parking lots are located on the boulevard across from the Fine Arts Building. In addition, there is a parking lot located behind the Martin Performing Arts Center. There is a limited number of parking spaces available on the streets surrounding the campus.

Student Wellness Center
Student Wellness Center is located inside the Louisiana Athletic Club (LAC) on the 1st floor. These services are available to commuter students.
Traffic and Parking Regulations
Traffic regulations provide for the safety of pedestrians and drivers alike.

Counseling services are available to commuter students. The office is located on the 2nd floor of the Hixson Student Center.
