Maci Waller

About
Maci is originally from North Carolina but moved to Middle Tennessee in 2011. She attended Tennessee Tech University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work. After working in the field of social work for a few years, Maci moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, to pursue her M.A. in Church and Community Ministries and a certificate in Christian Counseling at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
After graduating from NOBTS, Maci began working at Westbank Pregnancy and Family Care Center in Gretna, Louisiana, where she served for five years. As Client Services Director, she became more passionate about advocating for the unborn and helping women in crisis situations. While living in New Orleans, Maci also served as a worship leader at two churches and enjoyed learning more about worship leadership. She met her husband, Dr. Joe Waller, while they were students at NOBTS, and they have been married for three years.
In her spare time, Maci enjoys movies, exploring new cities, playing guitar, and attending theater productions.
