Ware Street Apartments – Men’s Apartments

Ware Street Apartments (WSA) is a sister building to CDA and is our newest residence hall. Like CDA, WSA is for upperclassmen honor students. In order to be approved to live in WSA, students must fill out and submit an ā€˜Honors Dorm Applicationā€™ to the Residence Life office. Each resident is provided with a private bedroom, furnished with a desk, bed, dresser, and a wardrobe. Four bedrooms share a common kitchenette/living area. Each apartment has two shared bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are spacious enough and designed to be shared between two people. Each living area/kitchenette includes a mini fridge, two stove top burners, a small sofa, and a four person table with chairs. WSA residents are allowed to keep small kitchen appliances in their kitchenettes and are given the option of buying the smallest meal plan: the Paw Plan. The Paw Plan enables residents to make use of their own kitchens. Residents will have access to an elevator and to a laundry room on the first floor.
