Summer Housing Policy
Housing for the summer is a privilege and not a requirement, therefore we expect summer residents to be responsible and abide by ALL policies and procedures in the LCU student handbook. Failure to comply with the handbook will result in immediate removal from summer housing. Summer Housing is given ONLY to student taking summer classes.
Summer housing is not prorated on a weekly basis. You will be charged for housing throughout the entire duration of the class. If you plan to be gone for an entire week in which you do not want to be charged, you must check out with the RA in your hall, remove ALL belongings, and turn in your key until you return.
Students who are enrolled for summer classes will pay for housing with their summer registration. Students in the TEACH and MAT programs will be charged at the time of their registration. The weekly room rate for summer housing is $85.00 with no exceptions.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SUMMER HOUSING IS LIMITED AND STUDENTS WILL BE PLACED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
