Wildcat Welcome Week Staff play an extremely important role at Louisiana Christian University. For many incoming students, Welcome Week shapes their first impression of LCU, college life, and the community they are joining. Through their interactions with staff members and orientation groups, new students begin building connections, gaining confidence, and finding a sense of belonging on campus.
