Student Government

The Student Government Association (SGA) represents student views and concerns to the faculty and the administration. Β Governmental leaders participate in policy-making, the judiciary system, institutional planning, and the implementation of College programs. All social, academic, and honorary organizations are governed through the SGA under the supervision of the Presidents' Table. Β Chaired by the Vice President of the SGA, the Presidents' Table consists of all organizational presidents and serves as a coordinating body for organizational activities. Β The group meets monthly to plan campus-wide organizational activities and to provide input into policies governing organizations. The SGA elects executive officers and representatives in a campus-wide election each spring semester. Β Freshmen Representatives and Commuter Representatives are elected in a special election held each fall.
