College Drive Apartments (CDA) provides a generally relaxed and quiet atmosphere, conducive to study, and is a great beneο¬t for upperclassmen honor students. In order to be considered for acceptance into the honors apartments, students must fill out and submit an "Honors Dorm Application" to the Residence Life ofο¬ce. In CDA, each resident is provided with a private bedroom, furnished with a desk, bed, dresser, and a wardrobe. Four bedrooms share a common kitchenette/living area. Each apartment has two shared bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are spacious and allow sufο¬cient storage for each resident. Each living area/kitchenette includes a mini fridge, two stove top burners, a small sofa, and a four person table. In contrast to living in Cottingham, CDA residents are allowed to keep small kitchen appliances in their kitchenettes, are provided a two-burner stovetop, and have access to an elevator. In addition to the kitchenette in each suite, residents have access to a laundry room and an oven on the ο¬rst ο¬oor. CDAβs many beneο¬ts create a warm, home-like environment which encourage a studious atmosphere as well as bonding between residents.
