Adjunct Instructor
Dr. Ashley Hall is an adjunct faculty member in the Ray & Dorothy Young School of Business.
Dr. Hall has taught a variety of business courses including human resources, change management, business communication, and business technology classes. She has over a decade of higher education teaching experience, including both face-to-face and online courses. Through her teaching, training, research, and consulting, Ashley aims to help organizations effectively and efficiently solve the complex problems they are facing today. She has published or presented over 60 articles and presentations on topics such as managerial competencies, human resources, managerial communication, and business pedagogy.
She has a BBA in General Business with a concentration in corporate communication and a minor in international studies and an MBA from Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2016, she earned her PhD in Human Resource Development from The University of Texas – Tyler.
